There are no tickets on sale through the Palais Theatre.

The Box Office at the venue is open one hour prior to doors for ticket sales and pre paid ticket pick ups.

It is strongly recommended that any patron who has requested a venue pickup when purchasing should pick their tickets up prior to arriving at the Palais Theatre on show night. Please be advised that collections can be made from any Ticketmaster outlet. Lengthy wait times in box office collection queues will be avoided if you are able to collect in advance, and will fast track your entrance into the event.

All enquiries and bookings for disabled patrons or patrons who require assistance go through Ticketmaster on 136 100 (option 8).
