Accessiblity

All enquiries and bookings for disabled patrons or patrons who require assistance go through Ticketmaster on 136 100 (Select Option 1 "Ticket Sales" then Option 2 "Wheelchair/Special Needs Ticketing").

WHEELCHAIR/DISABLED AND INJURED PATRONS:
There are a limited number of disabled parking places in front of the theatre in Lower Esplanade and to the side of the theatre in Cavell Street.  Cars displaying their disabled parking permit are exempt from paying parking fees in any of the Council parking areas around the theatre.  Palais staff are happy to assist with disabled passengers alighting from vehicles at the theatre entrance.

Please Note: While there are no disabled toilets inside the theatre.  We have a temporary disabled toilet installed with full disabled access, directly next to theatre.  Please ask theatre staff for the key to gain access during your visit.

ATM
Eftpos facilities are available at the merchandise counter for the purchase of merchandise items- There is no Cash-Out option.
ATM's are available inside the entrance of Luna Park (during business hours).  Most major banks have ATM's located in Acland Street adjacent to the theatre.
