The Palais Theatre is an
All Ages Venue

No ID is required for entry to any Palais Theatre show.

It is preferred that children aged under 14 are accompanied by a suitable adult.

• No alcohol or open bottles of any kind (including water) can be brought into the venue.
  (unopened water or soft drinks can be brought into the venue)
• All bags are checked by security prior to entry.
• No cameras with zoom lenses or professional cameras, video or audio recording devices are allowed in the auditorium unless stated otherwise by the promoter. Personal cameras are allowed.
• The Palais Theatre has 4 licensed bars in the upstairs Lounge. No alcohol or glassware to be taken into the auditorium or downstairs. Patrons may be asked for ID when purchasing alcohol.
• Mobile telephones and electronic devices are to be turned off during the performance.
• This is a No Smoking venue.
• The Lounge area Rows A-D are strictly no standing.
